ANIMATOR–动画师

Animators make things move. They are the digital equivalent of actors, creating the illusion of life and motion.

To do this role, the candidate will need to:

• have an ability to analyse any form of motion in great detail and determine what makes it unique
• replicate the subtleties and feel of this motion for a CG creature, character or other object
• possess creative and artistic qualities, along with the appropriate technical skills to achieve this
• have passion for acting, paired with keen observational skills, allowing you to really understand how and why something moves as it does
• have good communication and teamwork skills
• be able to take direction and be willing to address constructive feedback
• be able to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure

应聘条件：

• 对运动形态的细节，有较强的分析能力，对运动的独特点做出有效判断
• 能够复制CG贴图、角色或其它对象的运动形态，呈现微妙细节和动态感觉
• 具备一定的创意能力和美术功底，能够运用自身技术实现创意及艺术作品
• 热爱表演，拥有敏锐的观察力，理解物体或对象的运动原理及原因
• 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
• 起到带头作用，解决建设性反馈
• 能够按进度完成项目，面对压力，沉着稳定、高效完成任务
