Online Artist — 精剪合成师

The Online Artist is responsible for the final stage of post-production. He/She will make commercials, promos and title sequences with VFX and combine all elements from each department for the final work. The ideal candidate must have an extremely good eye for detail and aesthetic sense. 

Job Requirements

1. Use an array of proprietary software tools to produce extensive composite shot for the final output using all the elements given from production team.
2. Elevate the work with suggestions of visual improvement.
3. Creative responsibility to keep the continuity of the sequence consistent with the key shot.
4. Ensure shots are delivered to the very highest standard
5. Stay on schedule and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest quality of work.
6. Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
7. Strong technical, as well as a firm understanding of graphics and post production workflow.
8. Strong eye for details, good sense of timing and thorough understanding of techniques and technologies relating to Videography and VFX industry.
9. Strong sense of composition, light, and color.
10. Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
11. Highly adaptable to change, feedback and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
12. Making Decisions and Solving Problem – Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

岗位描述：

1. 精剪合成师主要负责后期制作的最后一个环节；
2. 精剪合成师需要对商业广告片，宣传推广片以及开场片头视频素材，基于视觉特效进行无缝衔接，整合所有上游环节的文件素材，呈现其最终效果；
3. 精剪合成师需要注重细节的把控，并具备良好的艺术审美感。

任职要求：

1. 能够整合上游部门团队给到的各种元素，运用大量专业的软件工具，为实现最终的输出效果，对镜头进行专业合成。
2. 根据视效反馈，对镜头任务进行修改和雕琢。
3. 拥有一定的创作力，较强的责任感，确保视频制作素材的连贯性，以及跟主镜头（key Shot）保持一致。
4. 确保镜头的提交达到高标准要求。
5. 跟进计划进度，按时完成任务，同时确保工作质量。
6. 确保版本控制，命名转换和图形文件结构达到最佳的标准。
7. 具备较强的技术能力，并深入了解图形制作和后期制作流程。
8. 较强的细节观察力，良好的节奏感，对技术以及视频录像、视觉效果行业相关的技术，有深刻的理解。
9. 具备较强的构图、灯光和色彩感。
10. 在高压环境下，能够八面玲珑，临危不惧，多线程完成任务。
11. 能够适应快节奏的工作环境，多变的工作方式以及各种艺术性反馈意见。
12. 具备决策力和解决问题的能力。例如对信息进行分析，并根据评估结果选择最佳方案来解决问题。
