Sales and Marketing Interns–销售和市场实习生

VHQ Media is looking for Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team. The shortlisted candidates would need to have a keen-eye for details and interested in production and post-production works for TVC and branded content.

This is a foundation role in the Sales & Marketing team as the candidate will learn the range of services available and be exposed to production and post production works.

Job Requirements

1. The ideal candidate should be able to explore the client’s business needs by understanding how our services cater to the needs of our clients
2. Experience in preparing project briefs, mapping out project timelines and coordinate all deliverables and communication between VHQ and the clients
3. Good work ethic; ensure all deadlines are met and that deliverables reflect the agreed changes/outcomes
4. Manage monthly billing cycles, maintain client database, assist in monthly management and budgeting reports
5. To plan and produce (under the supervision of the Managers) all in-house Marketing collaterals to build brand and product awareness, and generate leads
6. To work closely with the Creative Services team to execute assigned marketing tasks
7. To search for and assess vendor capabilities/partnerships
