TEXTURE ARTIST / MATTE PAINTER–贴图师/数字绘景师

Texture Artist and Matte Painter are digital painters who add colour, texture and detail to everything from CG characters to vast panoramas.

To do this role, the candidate will need to:

• have a thorough knowledge of digital painting techniques and associated software such as Photoshop, Mari or similar
• possess a strong artistic ability and be able to define what small details make an CG object look real
• have a good understanding and application of the rules of perspective, form, light and colour
• have technical proficiency or solid understanding of photography with an emphasis on composition, depth, light interaction, tone and colour
• have good problem-solving skills, communicate well and work as a part of a team
• take direction and critical feedback in your work
• have an understanding of UV placement, or be able to create UV spaces to fit any model
• be able to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure

贴图师和数字绘景师进行数字绘画，需要为CG模型制作颜色、贴图和细节，使其呈现更广阔的视觉全景

应聘条件：

• 掌握熟练的数字绘景技术，能够使用如PS、Mari 或 类似材质贴图软件
• 拥有较强的美术功底，能够掌握细节，制作逼真的CG模型
• 精通透视画法、形式、光线和色彩的规则
• 掌握熟练的摄影技术，或拥有扎实的摄影功底，尤其擅长合成、深度、光线互动、色调和色彩的制作
• 善于解决工作中的难题，良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作精神
• 能够把握工作方向，提出自己独到见解
• 对UV贴图有一定了解，或能够制作适用于任何模型的UV空间
• 能够按进度完成项目，面对压力，沉着稳定、高效完成任务
